Bell Helicopter expands India presence

The US helicopter major Bell Helicopter, which has more than 100 aircraft operating in India has opened a new office in New Delhi, eyeing growth opportunities in sales and manufacturing. It sees major opportunities in the areas of offshore oil exploration, power line washing and helicopter emergency medical services. The company which began its India operations in 1995 has customer service facilities at the Deccan Aviation facility in Bangalore and Air Works facility in Mumbai.
