Air Sewa – a web portal and Mobile App for air passengers

Air passengers will now have a web portal – Air Sewa – and a mobile App to register all their complaints regarding baggage loss, long periods of refund, flight delays, long queues at airport, etc., thanks to an initiative by the government. The portal and App will be like an integrated common platform to lodge grievances against all those concerned with the aviation sectors, and that includes the airlines. Specific categories and sub categories will be provided to ladge the complaints. They will include Baggage, Check-in & Boarding, Fares & Refunds, Ticketing, Flight Delays, etc. There will be a general category – ‘Others’ – as well.
