Vadape -Thane Hybrid Annuity Project

MEP Infrastructure Developers Ltd had received ‘the letter of appointed date’ from NHAI for the eight-laning of existing four-lane Vadape to Thane from 539.202km to 563.000km section of NH-3 (new NH-848) in Maharashtra to be executed on Hybrid Annuity Mode. It is a welldesigned four lane divided corridor carrying heavy traffic. The total length of the stretch is 23.227km. The Project consists of widening and construction of existing four-lane road to eight-lane road with cement concrete pavement for 23.798kms. The Project envisages one new railway over bridge and two new major bridges on Thane Creek. The package also includes two minor bridges, 84 culverts, one grade separator, eight vehicular underpasses at the strategic locations to serve better connectivity and one foot-over bridge.
